I keep getting calls from some telecom call centre even though I’ve already renewed my contract. Apparently, their role is to ring up people whose contracts are ending to try and sell them new ones. It’s not really spam but quite annoying because I’ve told them I’m sorted, yet they keep ringing like they can’t note it down properly.
