They said they were from BT but couldn't provide any proper emails with logos or anything to prove it. They started asking about our business phone services and packages. The person on the phone seemed really knowledgeable and quite polite at first. I didn’t agree to anything during that first chat. When I called them back and challenged what was going on, they just cut the call off on me - definitely a dodgy scam!
