My elderly mum got talked into buying appliance insurance loads of times because of calls from these lot. Since she has Alzhiemers, she gets confused and ends up paying again and again. Most of her stuff is far too old to be covered anyway. It feels like this company is just exploiting her. Thankfully, the bank's been great and they're now blocking these payments and letting me know straight away. I just can't understand how they live with themselves.

Got a call from someone pretending to sell TV insurance, and my elderly relative ended up losing about £190. The website they gave doesn’t actually work, and when you ring back, it just goes straight to Tesco’s voicemail. Definitely a scam trying to fleece people outta their cash. Watch out for this one!
