New year already brings new scams, they waste no time trying to get you to sign up for stuff you neither have nor want. They said since we’ve been customers for a bit, we qualify for a special multi-appliance cover deal. Told them we ain't bothered, will just block ’em next round.

I've received multiple calls from this number in the last week. The initial call I picked up, and a woman on the line claimed to be from some utility company, which prompted me to hang up immediately. Since that first encounter, it's been relentless-I've had at least one call every day. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

Got a call on 27 April, they put me on hold then just dropped the phone. Ringed again on 30th April saying I’d won some prize. Then on 1st May they claimed to be from Scottish Power. Told them where to go this time. Fingers crossed they leave me alone now.

They got my details all wrong, then started saying I’d won some holiday or iPhone X vouchers - next thing I know, they’re trying to move me onto cheaper gas and electric prices! I’m in direct sales myself and honestly, that was the weakest sales pitch I’ve come across! Total scam and a waste of time - they even argued with me when I asked about those iPhone X vouchers and just kept pushing their gas and electricity deal!
