These callers are incredibly tenacious and refuse to share any verifiable information about themselves. They profess to be from a claims handling service that collaborates with insurance firms, but my own insurer has no clue who they are. The bottom line is they possess my name, phone number, and car registration, and they’ve clearly identified that I've lodged a claim with my car insurance.
