I've been racking up Daily Mail points to trade in for shopping vouchers. Just opted for a £10 gift card from M&S and then got an email from them saying to reach out to this number, as it turns out there was a mix-up with some cards that were printed showing a balance of £0. I’ve given the number a ring multiple times this evening, but all I get is a message saying they're "currently encountering some technical issues". It definitely seems like a legitimate concern.
