During the call, they sent me two messages, one of which contained this elusive "resetting code." It took me a moment to realise I’d been caught in a scam, especially after I received an email indicating that my password had been altered. I quickly ended the call, scrambled to reset my password, and changed my security question before they could wreak further havoc on my account.
