Phone number ☎️ 03330090845 👆 is reported as a persistent scam targeting vulnerable and elderly individuals in the UK, often under various names including Premier Protect 365 and UK Service Plan. Callers impersonate legitimate companies, pressuring recipients to renew bogus insurance policies on domestic appliances like washing machines, fridges, and cookers. They typically provide some personal details to appear authentic, but policy documentation is usually false or never arrives. Payments are aggressively requested upfront, frequently through debit card details given over the phone, resulting in financial loss. Attempts to cancel or get refunds are met with poor or non-existent customer service. Multiple reports advise against sharing any bank information, to block suspicious numbers, and to report incidents to Action Fraud or Trading Standards for protection and assistance.

Premier Protect 365, which was closed down not long ago, has rebranded itself as uk service plan and started targeting elderly people with scams again. Be careful, they haven’t even bothered to change their "contact center" phone number. If you look at the latest comments, you’ll see the number now shows as linked to "uk service plan," but in the older reviews it was tied to Premier Protect 365, so it’s clearly the same firm just operating under a new name.

Got a call from 01273 655158 and when I asked for a number back she gave me an 03330 one. A lady said she was ringing from Domestic Appliances Insurance at 63 - 66 Hatton Garden EC1 8LE about renewing my fridge and washing machine insurance. I never took out any appliance insurance. Just a pointless scam to waste time.

I received a couple of rather dubious phone calls, one yesterday and another today, from a company claiming to be Domestic Appliances. They were keen to speak to my partner regarding a supposed renewal on our domestic appliance cover-specifically for a washing machine. Now, to be fair, this washing machine has seen better days and has never been insured anyway. When I pressed for a policy number and details about the make of the machine, the representative provided a policy number-44246-but was unable to specify what brand or model it was. They mentioned that we’d taken out a policy last year and that we could renew it for £120. When I requested a contact number to verify my supposed policy before committing, they handed me 0333 0090845. It quickly became apparent this was a scam, so I promptly ended the conversation.

Received a call from someone touting extended warranties. They used the number 03330090845, but after investigating through 1471, it turned out they'd actually rung from 01273655138. The chap was rather forceful when I confronted him about the legality of the call since our number is on the TPS list. He had the audacity to assert that my father had given permission somewhere along the line, supposedly complying with GDPR. The conversation took a turn when I mentioned that my dad has been gone for quite some time, and he promptly ended the call. Quite the cheek!

Today, I received a rather unsettling call on my landline. A woman claimed that the insurance on three of our home appliances - namely the washing machine, fridge, and oven - was about to expire and wanted to know if we'd like to renew it. She mentioned my husband's name and spoke directly to me, which seemed quite dodgy given the data protection laws we have in place. The truth is, we don’t have any insurance at all; however, she stubbornly insisted that my husband was paying for it via direct debit. I told her to go ahead and cancel this so-called insurance as it's utterly unnecessary, then I requested her contact details in case my husband was interested in renewal. She hurriedly provided a number and introduced herself as Helen. What a tangled web of untruths!

I received a call from someone purporting to represent Domestic and General, trying to sell me a three-year warranty for a single payment of £195. Quite surprising, considering I already have a direct debit arrangement for mine, which was just renewed. Plus, they are using my landline to reach out to me!

The person that called me from 01273655047 told me to ring this number about my white goods cover in case my appliance breaks down. They were pushing me to pay right away for a new policy, which sounded pretty pricey. I’ve already paid more than £300 before, and now they said it would go down to £219 or maybe £190 when someone else took over the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be about "DOMESTIC APPLIANCES". They were trying to sell me an extra warranty for £65, saying it’d save me £135 and cover repairs or replacements until September 2023. I told them my warranty runs until May 2022 already, but they insisted mine was just for the motor because it was from Curry’s. I told them a) I didn’t buy it from Curry’s and b) I wasn’t the one who bought it in the first place. The call ended abruptly after that - time for a cuppa!

Complete rip-off, they tricked my elderly mum into buying a policy she had no use for, pretending they were from D&G. When I finally contacted them, they promised a refund but it’s nowhere in sight. Just checked Companies House and saw they’re being dissolved in January, so they’re still dodging responsibility while selling policies they can’t back up. Planning to report them to trading standards first thing tomorrow.

The moment the chap called me about renewing insurance for three kitchen gadgets we don’t even cover, I sensed a dodgy deal in the air! I pressed him for his name and address, and all he could muster was “APX Brighton.” When I probed further for a proper street address and number, he thought he was being smart by handing out the phone number 03330090845. Well, I didn't stick around to hear more and promptly hung up.

Got a call today about a washing machine warranty. They were offering a renewal for 65 quid a year. They said if there are any issues, call an engineer on 0333 009 0845. I don’t have any current warranty or insurance on my machine. Let some foreign bloke ramble on for a bit, then told him he was going in circles and wasting my time. He wanted to put me through to his supervisor. I asked why, and he said he couldn’t approve the discount. I asked what was the point of the call then. As he started to transfer me, I just hung up. It felt dodgy cause they didn’t have proper details and I’ve never signed up with them or anything. Definitely sounded like a scam to me. The person on the phone was really unprofessional too.

Earlier today, I received a call from an outfit named 'Premier Protect 365.' A chap was on the other end trying to entice me with an extended warranty for my rather aged washing machine. The offer appeared to be rather enticing, albeit perhaps a tad too favourable if you catch my drift. I politely mentioned I was otherwise occupied and would ring him back later. However, curiosity got the better of me and I did a bit of sleuthing on the number. To my dismay, all I stumbled across were negative reviews and warnings. It became abundantly clear that my initial instincts were spot on-this was nothing more than a shoddy scam.

Some bloke tried pushing us to renew our fridge freezer warranty, claiming we’d already paid last year in one go. Total rubbish, sounded like a scam or some dodgy sales tactic. Said he’d ring back tomorrow but I just blocked the number.

Earlier today, I received a rather suspicious call from an individual who said they were in the process of renewing my Sky service contract. They provided me with the number 03330090845 for customer support. While I was still on the line, I decided to look up the number, only to come across a mountain of alerts and warnings about potential scams linked to it. I promptly ended the conversation and made it clear that I didn’t wish to be contacted again.

I checked my mum’s online bank statement and saw a charge of £95 to this company. She’s 92 and was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year. I handle all her insurances and pay for carers that visit 4 times weekly. Mum insists she never gave her bank details to them, but it seems she must’ve somehow. I’ve reported it to Lloyd’s and really hope she can get the money refunded, but it’s clear these lot target the very elderly.

Got a call earlier from premier direct claiming they could cut the cost of my washing machine insurance. They insisted they had my info already, so I asked if they worked with my current insurer - they said no! I told them I’d stick with the one I’ve got. Felt a bit dodgy, so kept saying I wasn’t interested. After seeing the reviews on here, glad I didn’t get tricked.

Just got a call from Premier Protect on 03330090845. Anyone else had a ring from them?

This number belongs to Premier Protect 365 (03330090845). Same kind of story as others here. They scammed my 85 y.o. Dad, who has dementia, especially after my mum passed away, out of £195 for fridge freezer cover he didn’t even need. I’ve emailed and called loads to cancel and get his money back but nothing’s happened even though they promised a refund. I’ve reported it to his bank, trading standards and the FCA. Stay clear of these lot, they’re just scammers targeting vulnerable folks.

Back in November, some bloke rang me up offering insurance for my washing machine. My old insurance had expired cause the machine was too old, but he insisted age wasn’t an issue so I went along with it. Last week, the machine stopped working and turns out it was a total scam. Now I’m stuck paying £89 just to get it looked at, plus whatever the repair or new machine’s gonna cost. Never got any paperwork from them either.

Premier Protect 365 rang me saying my Sky insurance needed renewing, which wasn’t true. They offered a “better deal” and said they'd send me the info to decide if I wanted to go ahead. Stupidly, I gave them my card details for payment if I agreed. But they took £99 straight away without my say so. I’ve had to call them seven times trying to get my money back, and even though they promised a refund, I still haven’t gotten it. This is a total scam, watch out and don’t hand over your bank details.

Got a call saying my washing machine cover was expired, and they had some deal - £99 for a year or £199 for three years. Total scam, it wasn't even close to being due. I reported it to Domestic & General, they’re checking it out as possible fraud. Cheers!

Had to sort out my washing machine, mine isn’t under warranty but they said they might give me a festive discount. Then I got a woman on the line asking for my bank info, sort code 00-00-00 and account 00000... she just ended the call after that lol.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was from Sky's maintenance team, and he even had our name, address and phone number. He asked what system we had and if we'd noticed any issues with the picture or anything. Then he said since we hadn’t booked an engineer before, we could get 10% off next year’s bill, but only if I confirmed the account details they use to take payment. Seemed a bit sus to me.

Got a call about renewing my warranty. The guy said, "This is the warranty department." I asked, "Which warranty office exactly?" and he stuttered, "Uh… the washing machine warranty team." Honestly, this is the third time in a couple months someone’s tried this on me. He claimed he was ringing from the number he gave me, but when I checked the caller ID with 1471, it turned out to be 01273 099 312. Felt like a classic scam to me.

I got a call from this number 01615187063 telling me to contact another number about some fridge insurance thing - don’t even have fridge insurance! Both numbers seem dodgy to me, definitely a scam.

They rang my mum who’s 80 and somehow got her to agree to a £189 washing machine insurance over the phone, took the money straight away without sending anything in the post first. 😡 Luckily she went to her bank the next day once she’d had a bit of time to think and they stopped the payment. I just can’t understand how they live with themselves doing stuff like this.

they gave me the number 03330090845 when they rang, but when i checked with 1471 it came up as 01312022974. the call was about my Sky broadband and viewing equipment supposedly being out of warranty, offering me insurance for it. i asked if he really worked for Sky and he claimed to be from Sky Customer Services. after reading the other reviews, it's clearly a scam.

Got a call from a young woman saying she was from AO, telling me my insurance with them had run out. They tricked me into handing over £299. I let my bank know straight away while the payment was still going through but they said they couldn't block it. Total scammers. Had no choice but to cancel my card to avoid any more trouble.

Just got a call from 03330090845 claiming I owe £200 for tax fraud. I started asking loads of questions and guess what? He just hung up on me. Total scam, don't fall for it. Proper annoying these people!

Some scumbag has managed to trick my widowed mum into handing over £195. My daughter saw my mum’s bank statement and found out the same thing happened to her just last month. Thankfully, the bank caught this one in time and stopped the payment. I’m absolutely fuming. They told her the insurance on her fridge and cooker had expired. Honestly, I wish I could confront these disgusting people face to face. Proper nasty cheats. What goes around definitely comes back round.

This bloke rang up my mum, pretending to be from British Gas about some boiler insurance. He ended up ripping her off by more than a hundred quid. It’s been six weeks now and we’re still trying to get the cash back. What a nightmare.

Someone rang me saying they were from Homeserve about renewing my boiler service contract. Luckily, my account didn’t have enough funds, so when I spotted the transaction and phoned my bank, they told me the payment didn’t go through. Now I’m just waiting on a replacement bank card to arrive.

Honestly, this number screams scam! Whenever my insurance’s about to run out, I've only ever gotten letters or postcards from legit companies. Now it feels like these dodgy calls just keep coming non-stop. And seriously, who would leave a positive comment about this? How do they even know if one of these callers is “hot” or whatever?! Makes no sense at all.

The green comment here seems like it was posted by the people behind the company themselves. And honestly, what’s even going on with the comment right above that? Weird.

I actually got caught out since I already had insurance with a real company that sounded just like the one they mentioned - Services Home Plan. A couple days later I got a letter from Premier Protect about this supposed ‘plan’. Tried ringing the number they gave but couldn’t get through at all. Then I noticed the payment was taken by Services Home Plan Pro MALAGA!!! Watch out for this!

Got a call from a young woman saying I already had insurance for a Bosch washing machine and could renew it. When I asked what info they had on file and requested a copy of the policy, they just hung up. They were pushing a 12-month cover for £99 or a 36-month deal at £199. Absolute scam artists. They had my landline and address too. I reckon they just guess the brand, as they’ve called me before mentioning a different washer.
