Got a call from someone claiming to be system-rental.co.uk offering a business loan. I just went ahead and blocked the number and deleted the email, but honestly it was proper annoying.

I believe this is meant to be the helpline for ID Mobile. One could be forgiven for thinking they employ just a single customer service agent, given how rarely they pick up the phone! Honestly, dealing with ID Mobile has been nothing short of a nightmare; I’d highly recommend steering clear of them. It's quite frankly appalling.

I was under the impression that this number was genuine, but after giving it a go and not getting through, I’m starting to have my doubts.

Over a few calls, me, my mum and dad, plus my nephew, all got told there were escaped inmates at our place and we were meant to feed them and “put something” in the food. We ended up contacting the police about it.

I accidentally opened a letter addressed to ID Mobile Ltd., which I shouldn't have done, as it was intended for someone else. Despite it being sent to my correct address, the name on it - Mr Rudolfo Mate - doesn’t belong to anyone here. The letter claims that he owes a sum of £23.50. There’s a contact number included, 03330037777, but I'm quite hesitant to call it, fearing it might be a scam. They’ve warned that failure to pay could result in consequences with the National Credit Reference Agency.
