I received a rather garbled call earlier today, the caller had a Scottish accent so thick I could barely make out a word. They left a voicemail asking me to return their call, providing this number. I decided to look it up online, and now I’ve pieced together a bit more of what they were blabbering on about. Truth be told, I've never had a student loan in my life, and I've been residing in this lovely place for 16 years!
