Beware! This is a scam charged to your Vodafone bill under third party services. I kept getting billed and when I contacted Vodafone, they told me to call the third party, but those numbers keep changing or disappear completely. Vodafone doesn't really help, they just keep telling you to call them but it’s useless. Definitely get Vodafone to block all third party charges to avoid this mess.

I’m with Gloucester CAB and one of the people I’m helping has been coughing up around £30 each month to Vodaphone for something he’s never actually used. When we asked, Vodaphone claimed it’s run by a different firm, but the money is definitely coming out of his Vodafone account.

This number took £18 from me and I have no clue why. It’s really frustrating how these companies manage to rip off everyday folks like us without any consequences. Someone should really step in and put a stop to this nonsense.

My daughter's account got hit with three separate £9 fees from a number we have no clue about. Vodafone told us they've already blocked premium numbers like this one and suggested we reach out to PhonePay Plus to make a complaint. It's so annoying, fingers crossed they don’t try to take the money again next week!
