I've come to realise that this is indeed a con that's charged through Vodafone via third-party billing. It's best to reach out to Vodafone directly to put a stop to any further third-party charges, as they seem to be constantly altering their phone numbers. Unfortunately, every time I've tried to resolve this, Vodafone just tells me to ring the number, which is useless as it no longer seems to be in service. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I’m affiliated with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Gloucester, and I've recently been assisting a client who’s been shelling out roughly £30 every month to Vodafone for a service he's never even utilised. When I reached out to Vodafone, they claimed that this service is handled by a different company, yet it’s clear they're still deducting the funds. It's quite baffling, to say the least!

Three charges of £9 have been deducted from my daughter's account, and I’ve got no clue what it’s about. Vodafone claims they've blocked any premium rate numbers, but now I need to reach out to PhonePay Plus to lodge a complaint. It’s so infuriating - I really hope we don’t see another payment pop up next week!
