These lot have ripped me off. They claimed I signed up for some Emergency cover back in 2018 and said I’d already paid something like £170. After the call, I checked my bank and there was no record of any payment at all. They even threatened me that they’re sending some unpaid fees to debt collectors. Honestly, I feel totally cheated and upset by the whole thing.

Got a call from a bloke named Henry saying I'd taken out some home emergency insurance for 3 years back in January 2018. He said I owed a last payment of £170 due right now in Feb 2020. What really threw me was him bringing up a 'password' - no genuine company I've dealt with ever asks for that kinda thing!!!

They keep ringing up a 90-year-old man about his drains, and when he asks them to send something in writing, they just can’t do it. These calls come through lots of times a day, almost every day. It’s no surprise that elderly folks end up scared to stay on their own with all this hassle.
