The individual on the line inquired about my husband, William. Curiosity got the better of me, and I asked for her name, which she provided. When I probed further about who she was calling on behalf of, she mentioned Specialty Travel. I promptly informed this "gentlewoman" that she had dialled my phone, not William's, as this was indeed his wife's mobile. I had also clearly instructed you lot to remove our details from your call list on numerous occasions. I ended the call, but to my astonishment, she rang back, admonishing me for being so "specific and rude." How utterly preposterous! I demanded to speak with her supervisor, but she merely transferred me to either herself or someone who seemed to barely speak at all. After expressing my frustrations, this person had the audacity to ask if I needed anything else. Absolutely infuriating!
