Some bloke called me while I was in a cafe, plenty of noise and music in the background, so couldn’t make out what he was on about. Felt a bit dodgy so told him to call me later, he seemed unsure but said he would. Won’t be picking up if he rings again. Watch out for this shady caller and the number.

Got a missed call from this number earlier. I was expecting a call about some roofing problems, so I rang back - and oddly enough, it was about roofing issues. What a coincidence! I let the AI ask a few questions, gave brief replies, then got connected to a guy with an Indian accent. He never mentioned the company name, so I asked him straight up before answering anything. He claimed to be from a housing association. When I told him I actually own my house, he just sighed and ended the call. Definitely a SCAM. Really unsettling stuff.

They were asking about housing problems like damp and leaking pipes and stuff. When I asked if they worked for my council housing, they said yes. But I know that's not true because my landlord told me they'd only ever get in touch by email.
