Had a right run-in with British Gas. Was explaining to some bloke called Sam that my bill got chopped last week after all the faff I went through. Mid-story, he just went and ended the call on me. Such a waste of time.

Got a call from a bloke with a kind of southern English drawl who called himself Sam. He claimed to be with British Gas and started talking about "the news" regarding the rising costs of energy. Then he tried to get me to schedule an energy survey with them.
