Got a call supposed to be from some "housing" office saying they could help with payments for repairs I supposedly reported before. When I asked them to explain what exactly I'd reported, they just cut off the call. Total scam.

I picked up and there was this awful lag before anyone spoke, with loads of noise in the background and someone talking with an Indian accent - sounded like one of those call centres. So I just ended up hanging up. Seems like just another time-wasting scam call! I always wait till I actually hear who’s on the line before I say anything.
