This AI chat thing is pretty sharp, felt really lifelike and switched on. I was chatting with it and it was acting all official, like British Gas talking about hikes in energy costs and offering help if you change your plan or whatever. Quite convincing, actually!

I saw I missed a call from an unknown number, so I called back but with my number hidden. The response I got was some weird, scrambled message in an American voice. Definitely seemed like a scam to me. I ended the call and made sure to block the number straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be a Scottish energy company, but it felt dodgy. Every time I asked if they could hear me, they just kept repeating "can you hear me?" then carried on with their spiel. Definitely seemed like a scam, so watch out for this one!

I got a call where the person just said "Hello, can you hear me?" and then they suddenly ended the call. No follow-up or anything. Seems like a total scam to me.

Got a bloke ringing me up asking for all sorts of personal stuff (not about money though). I had a laugh with him, kept him on the line while I muted myself. Seriously, it's proper good fun messing about like that!!! I act like I’ve no idea what he’s saying and make him go over it all again!!! Honestly, these scam calls are the best entertainment I get!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Energy Prices trying to set up a chat. As soon as I mentioned I was at work, they kept pushing and wouldn’t just let me go. In the end, I had no choice but to just hang up on them.
