He started asking if I owned the place, what age bracket I'm in, the best time to ring back, who supplies my gas and electric, and then kept insisting on my last name. I told him I wasn't sharing that info. Then he threw in some question that seemed like a survey and kept pressing for my surname again and again. Ended up hanging up - pretty sure that wasn’t really SSE trying to get my details so forcefully!1 yearI got a call from someone saying they were with Scottish Power. They insisted they weren’t trying to sell me anything, just wanted to arrange a chat with an advisor. I told them our area isn’t served by SSE, but before I could finish, they ended the call.
