Got a call from some bloke outta nowhere, talking about fixing the house - didn’t ask for anything like that! Definitely felt dodgy so I just blocked the number straight away.

Total scam alert. I've been getting calls from these lot who say they're from some housing repair service, chasing folks in rented accommodation about supposed repair problems. They're just spamming numbers, saying you reported repairs. When I called back, a person picked up, claiming to be the "housing repairs team", but when I asked how they got my contact, they just cut me off. I’ve blocked the number now.
