Picked up, silence for a few seconds, brief 'buzz', cut off. Blocked.

I reckon this firm is running some sort of AI robot to chat with you. When I coolly told it to buzz off, it just hung up on me. Last time, I said it was spam and the call ended straight away. Seems like it's hunting for any bad words to cut you off.

I answered and asked who was on the line, and the woman said, "Sarah from the housing repairs team." She then went on to ask if there were any signs of mould, dampness or cracks in my house. Her voice was strange, kind of echoey and robotic. I ended the call straight away. I was waiting for a call from housing repairs actually, but this one felt off - like some kind of automated voice was speaking, not a real person.
