I called them back using a different phone and straight away I was put on hold with music playing. I hung up after a bit and then got a message from ACI via text, their site is www.aciuk.co.uk

They keep ringing my 86 year old mum, pestering her for someone we don’t even know. We’ve told them to stop but they just won’t.

When I answered the call, there was no reply. So, I ended up reporting it as spam and blocked the number.
