I think it's a scam, so I've just blocked the number.

They said they were from British Gas, but when I asked who my energy provider was, they had no clue. They kept saying 'look' in nearly every sentence, which was so annoying. I told them off and then they just ended the call on me!

It showed up as a probable scam so I just left it. Blocked the number straight away. Pretty sure it was one of those energy company scams trying to get me again.
