So I picked up the phone and the person started off saying my washing machine warranty needed renewing. I told them I’m already with Domestic & General. Then they asked how much I’m paying, but I said I have no clue since it’s under my hubby’s name. After that, they just said alright and ended the call. Weird thing is, they actually used my name, so they definitely knew who I was. Bit odd if you ask me.
