Had a dodgy phone call earlier, claiming to be from some life insurance company. They've clearly got my details through improper means. Best to steer clear of them! If you're worried about any info they've mentioned, it's wise to reach out to your local broker for advice. Stay safe!

I received a dodgy call pretending to be from my life provider, Guardian. They claimed that I needed to reassess my coverage due to the company facing liquidation, which is utterly false. This needs to be flagged to the FCA immediately!

I received a rather peculiar phone call the other day from a lady claiming to be representing Royal Oak London. She mentioned something about reviewing my life insurance, but the whole thing felt a bit off, if I'm honest. I couldn’t quite place her accent - it had a hint of South Asian flavour, maybe Pakistani or Indian. When she asked me to verify my personal information, I wasn’t comfortable with it, so I decided to pass on that and suggested we reschedule the conversation for another time.

These blokes ring me multiple times a day, usually about two or three. If you happen to pick up, you're greeted by a robotic voice that announces the name of their firm, followed by the delightful news that you’re on their list of folks to contact. They then expect you to ring a specific number if you want to opt out of their incessant calls. Should you remain silent when they ring, the line just cuts off. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

I received a marketing call from a third party through Canopy, and to be honest, I’m quite annoyed. I can’t recall ever agreeing to have my information shared with them, so this has left a rather sour taste in my mouth.
