I received a call from someone who seemed to be looking for a chap named John. The odd thing is, I'm definitely not John, nor is anyone else residing in my home. It seems like a bit of a mix-up, if you ask me. What's really peculiar, though, is that they rang me three more times afterward! That definitely raises a few eyebrows.

Sorry for the language but seriously, how many times do I have to say bugger off? It’s becoming a bit of a joke, they call at the same time every day while I’m busy working. What do these blokes not get?

Got a call earlier from someone asking for a bloke named John. Problem is, no one called John lives at this number. Tried telling them they had the wrong place, but they didn’t seem to get it and just hung up on me suddenly.

On the 19th of July, I got a call from a woman who didn’t say right away who she was. She started chatting about some sort of warranty on my washing machine and then suddenly asked for my bank details to arrange a direct debit. When I asked her to identify herself, she snapped, “What’s wrong with you? I’m setting up a direct debit here.” Yeah, no chance, love!

Got a call from a woman about renewing the warranty on my washing machine. Thing is, I only got it last week, so no way it needs renewing already. I just told her that and ended the call, then blocked the number.
