I received a call from someone who seemed to be looking for a chap named John. The odd thing is, I'm definitely not John, nor is anyone else residing in my home. It seems like a bit of a mix-up, if you ask me. What's really peculiar, though, is that they rang me three more times afterward! That definitely raises a few eyebrows.

Pardon my French, but what on earth don’t they seem to grasp? It’s absolutely ludicrous at this point! Without fail, at the same hour every day, I get these blokes calling while I’m trying to focus on work. It’s becoming a proper farce!

Hopefully it was just a single incident and doesn’t happen over and over again.

Got a call earlier from someone asking for a bloke named John. Problem is, no one called John lives at this number. Tried telling them they had the wrong place, but they didn’t seem to get it and just hung up on me suddenly.

On the 19th of July, a young lady decided to ring me up, but she didn’t really clarify her identity. She launched right into a spiel about my washing machine’s warranty and then had the audacity to request my banking information to arrange a direct debit. When I pressed her for her identity, she snapped back, “What’s the problem? I’m just setting up a direct debit.” Erm, no thank you, love! Not happening!

Received a call from a woman claiming that I need to renew the warranty on my washing machine. I find that rather hard to believe since I only purchased it last week! I ended the conversation and promptly blocked the number.
