Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise.

I suspect there’s some sort of dodgy insurance racket going on here - my warranty hasn’t been honoured, and it's all rather suspicious.

Received a total of five calls from this number on my phone today. They've now threatened to involve a debt collection agency regarding an alleged unpaid washing machine bill. This all seems to date back to 2020, but I certainly have no records of this matter and I'm unaware of any outstanding payments. They've claimed that my direct debit arrangement wasn't terminated properly and that there’s still money owed. Their attitude has been quite impolite, to say the least.
