It really seemed like an automated message, not a real person at all. They called out my name, so I asked who was speaking, but instead of answering, they just repeated the same line and insisted on talking to me again. They mentioned something about a bunch of claims, but it felt so fake. I ended the call and blocked the number straight away once I caught how mechanical the voice was - definitely looked like a scam to me.
