I received a call from someone claiming they were about to renew my washing machine's cover, mentioning that the warranty had run out. When I informed him that we had actually extended our coverage, he abruptly hung up on me. Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up-stay vigilant!

I received an identical call earlier today, and let me tell you, the chap was rather unpleasant. When I mentioned I wasn't keen on renewing my washing machine care package, he had the audacity to suggest I "clearly wasn’t in the right state of mind for this discussion.” What a nerve! Cheers, but no thanks!
