Looks like a total rip-off to me.

Just before six last evening my phone buzzed. I thought it might be a relative calling from overseas so I answered with a quick hello, but then the line went dead on the other end.

Received a rather peculiar call from someone purporting to represent "Social Housing," inquiring if there were any issues with my residence. Well, I must point out, I am NOT a tenant of social housing, which made their probing questions seem rather dubious right from the get-go!

So, I promptly hit the BLOCK button!

Got a call with no one speaking on the other end, so I decided to check the number. Turns out it’s linked to some scam firm, so I’ve just blocked it now.
