1 yearGot a ring from this number saying they were from Home Care TV insurance. They told me I supposedly signed up for a policy on 25/3/23 to cover repairs on a TV. They had my name and address right, but tried to say they also had my bank details, which is completely incorrect. They kept pushing me to pay £360 to renew the coverage for a TV I don’t even have. Really aggressive about me needing to pay for a contract that doesn’t exist. I just ended the call!Home Care TV Insurance1 yearSome bloke called saying he was from HomeServe, but things got fishy when he started talking about a bank card I don’t even have and a policy I never took out ending soon. I decided to test "Philip" a bit - asked him what TV I owned, which bank my card was with, and where HomeServe's HQ is. He didn’t know any of it. I told him straight up it was a scam, and warned that if he rang back, I’d be contacting the cops. Then I just ended the call!Home ServePhilipHome Start1 yearGot a call from someone claiming they offered 'household' services and could help cut down on my TV repair deal. Problem is, I have no idea what TV repair contract they were on about!
