Received a call from Allied Insurance regarding a car accident that happened earlier this year. They mentioned I was entitled to some compensation since my vehicle was parked. They forwarded me to a claims representative who informed me that I was eligible for a payout because they deemed me not to be at fault. When I clarified that the other driver’s car was stationary and that I was indeed the one responsible, she assured me they'd get back to me soon. I'm still hanging on for an update!

I've taken the liberty of blocking their number... I found myself in the same predicament repeatedly. It's utterly infuriating!

Picked up the phone, but the advisor on the other end cut the line without a word.

I've had a couple of missed calls from this number, and when I tried ringing back, it turned out it was disconnected. I also answered twice, only for the line to drop without a word from their end. Apparently, it's linked to some sort of legal advisor for Octagon insurance. One of the blokes even had the nerve to chuckle before the call ended abruptly again. Quite baffling, to say the least!

I received a call and picked up, yet there were no words exchanged on their end before they abruptly disconnected. What a bunch of numpties!
