Got a message from some dodgy person claiming there was an attempt to nick money from my bank and telling me to ring their "fraud team". Definitely a ploy to trick gullible folks. Never, ever give out your one-time code to these scammy types! Total con.

I just got a text saying my One Time Passcode is 798830 for a payment of £415.89 to Coinbase. It mentioned Ref RB9U. I haven’t made this transaction at all, so I’m going to ring their fraud department on +44 330 912 7979 straight away to sort it out. If you get anything similar, don’t ignore it!

Got a message from 07871674945 saying that £415.89 had been taken for BINANCE. They told me to call 03309128679 to speak to the fraud team. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from someone saying I owed money to an energy provider. They were quite pushy about paying up right away. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a text with a code to confirm some payment, said to ring their fraud team on 443309128679. Seemed fishy so didn’t call. Definitely sounded like a scam to me. Be careful if you get the same!
