They said because BT's been split and deregulated, outside firms can offer cheaper deals now. I asked if they were legit and they told me they had loads of good reviews on Trustpilot. I went to check but there was nothing for Premier Telecom on there. Then I searched their phone number and saw it had been marked as a scam loads of times by other people.
