So it was actually Marbles who rang me earlier today and didn’t ask for any personal details. They told me I’d missed a payment on a specific date and the amount owed, which is spot on. I said I’d pay next week, and since it’s the only late payment I have, they’ve waived the fee and marked me down as having a payment plan arranged. I’ve just taken a look at the Marbles app and all this info is there now. If this is some sort of scam, they must’ve already broken into Marbles’ IT system to be able to update my app like that!
