This Aqua lot keep ringing me up at the most ridiculous times, like really late at night and super early mornings - 7.42am and 10.48pm or so. I’m pretty sure they’re not meant to do that, right? I’ve already sorted a payment plan and pay every month, but they still ring me like 8 or 9 times in a day. Honestly, it’s driving me mad. Can I do anything about this, maybe even report them for harassment?

It’s Aqua. Don’t ever just brush off a call from your bank or credit card company if it comes out of the blue. Always ring them back on the number listed on your card to double-check. Banks can use loads of different numbers, so you can’t be 100% sure if the call is legit or a scammer trying to steal your money. There’s reports of scammers putting fake alerts about genuine bank numbers here to trick people into blocking them. And seriously, don’t go spending on your card more than you can actually afford to repay!
