I recently encountered a rather insistent chap on the phone, the likes of which I haven't experienced in a while. He asserted he was representing the National Grid and attempted to persuade me into terminating my existing contract with my current supplier. He even tried to get me onto a supposedly more affordable plan. Suffice it to say, I've since blocked his number!
