Not long ago, I got a phone call from someone saying they were with Taptap money transfer. They kicked off by suggesting I hadn’t sent any money to my family for a long time, which isn’t true at all. Then they tried to quiz me with some security questions. I wasn’t having any of it and told them I’d get in touch with the company myself if needed. The person on the other end sounded really jittery and kept saying I could call them if anything came up later. The whole thing seemed dodgy as hell - pretty sure it was a scam!
