She kept calling me Jennifer and said Jennifer was in Birmingham - which isn’t me at all. Her pitch was about switching my internet to save money, but she rambled on saying they were connected to Currys. Trying to push some big package deal. When I asked where she got my number, she said it was from Openreach. Then she spun some story about how it’s allowed for them to use my info, claiming I’d entered an Amazon contest and agreed to sell my data. Total scam, and I’d bet money they’re actually based in India.
