Like others have mentioned, I did receive a response, but the caller disconnected almost straight away.

They go by the name Domestic Appliance Guard and they really push you hard to take out a plan for your appliances. The lady I spoke with was incredibly convincing; I’ll give her that! While their prices seemed lower at first glance, they then pressured me into taking mobile cover as well. I firmly declined, yet she just wouldn’t let it go. In the end, I decided to pull the plug on my direct debit and returned to my previous cover provider who was gracious enough to provide me with a discount.
