Received a call that went silent and then cut off after a couple of moments. Quite odd!

Received three calls that I missed. When I rang them back, I was greeted by a recorded message asking me to hang on for a couple of minutes. I held on for about two minutes, then suddenly the call disconnected without warning. Fingers crossed this doesn't turn out to be a dodgy premium rate number, as I really can't afford any unexpected charges!

This is ADT calling, don’t worry, it’s completely safe.

They never leave any voicemail, and if you try ringing back, you end up speaking to someone with an American accent who tells you to wait on the line for nearly two minutes before the call just drops.

I usually block all calls from numbers I don’t recognise, so I never actually got to find out what this was about. They didn’t leave a voicemail either, so my guess is it was probably one of those scam or telemarketing calls. After seeing what others have said, it sounds like something to watch out for. It’s not something I’d go near, but I can see how some folks might get caught out by this kind of thing.

Got a call claiming they were from the bank about some package I supposedly ordered. They kept asking for my personal info but said Lloyd’s was handling the delivery. Feels really suspicious to me, think I dodged a scam.

I keep gettin calls from att and it’s the same story over and over. Pretty frustrating when they just repeat themselves and dont really listen.
