I ended up returning this missed call as I was expecting a callback from M&S who have a very similar number! Anyway, the people on the other end were alright, nothing rude at all, and they understood when I said I didn’t want to go on with the chat. Today I got a call from 0013151883041 saying £600 was sent abroad from my debit card. They told me to press 2 if it wasn’t me. Naturally, I didn’t do that but rang the number back, only to find out it doesn’t even exist. It’s really upsetting that people waste their time online trying to frighten innocent folks like this.
