Just like others, I got a call saying I could get a £750 cheque without giving my bank info.

I didn’t want to give out my National Insurance number and was then asked when I could ring back with it ready.

Looking up the company on the Companies House website, it’s marked Dormant and only has £1 in assets.

It’s pretty clear this is a scam, but the caller was surprisingly convincing.

Got a call from this number earlier. They said I was due £750 from Santander and somehow even knew where I live. Asked for some personal info too. Then suddenly they told me to email them before hanging up. Had a look here and it’s definitely a scam.

Got a call from 03301748334 claiming to be from Samson Collier about a PPI claim linked to MBNA from 2020, saying I’m owed £750. They asked for my NI number and sent me a form to sign over email while I was still on the call. After checking out some reviews online, I quickly figured it was dodgy and ended the call. Seemed properly professional at first but turned out to be a total scam! I’ve put the number on my block list now.

I just got a ring from a person saying they were with Samson Collier, telling me I was owed more cash from my PPI and that they’d be posting me a cheque. They actually had my full name and my mobile number. The call came from 0331 630 0339. I ended up just hanging up.

Picked up the phone and the voice was all weird and scratchy. They gave some short info about a PCP deal on a car I don’t even have. Feels like the DVLA might be handing out personal info and pushing folks into scams, all for just a small fee. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

Picked up the phone and the voice was really warped. The caller only mentioned some shortened name of a firm, saying I supposedly had a PCP contract on a vehicle I’ve never even had. Honestly think the DVLA might be leaking personal info and pushing people into scams all for a measly fiver. What a joke.
