I picked up the phone one time, but there was utter silence on the other end. Now, it just keeps ringing intermittently-sometimes up to seven times in a day! I've decided to ignore it as it’s turning into quite the bother. Honestly, it’s getting rather irritating!

This company keeps ringing me about accident claims. Every time I answer, the lady just says, "Can I speak too," over and over. When I ask who she is, she doesn’t say, just repeats the same question. I ended up hanging up. I’m on the TPS but they still keep ringing me. So annoying!

Had a call from someone inquiring after a person who wasn't present. As soon as I mentioned that the individual was unavailable, they promptly ended the call without leaving any message. Quite odd, really!

They rang asking for a person who obviously wasnt home and as soon as I told them that, they just hung up straight away. Wouldn’t even let me leave a message. Tried to call them back but just got a dead tone, so I guess it’s one of those fake numbers with no real line. Caller ID said unknown, and honestly, they were quite rude too.

Got a call from some bloke asking about an accident, said he was just following up. Told him I've never dealt with his firm at all. He had the nerve to call me 'clueless' like four times! Think customer service isn’t his strong suit, that’s for sure. - caller: Spam

Got a call from them trying to push a claim about a crash we had 8 months back. They said it was regarding injuries but there was no one else involved, just bad weather caused it. They clearly didn’t have the full story. When I told them we never filed a claim because no one got hurt, they got a bit cheeky and kept pushing to speak to my kids who were with me in the Land Rover then. I explained that the matter had been resolved and asked her to close the file, saying there was no point in dragging it out.
