I wasn’t sure what that was, so I phoned the number back. The person on the other end immediately began asking for personal details, so I ended the call straight away. I then contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed they hadn’t sent any message like that. The text looked just like the ones I normally get from my bank, very convincing. He'd called before too. At first, he refused to say who he was or what the call was about. Then he said something about being from Home Services, but it didn’t sound right at all. Kept insisting on talking to the old lady, so I told him to stop ringing with these annoying calls and just hung up. I left the phone off the hook for ages.
