Had a call from someone claiming they were from Abbey Life. They kinda got my name wrong, only half right. Kept telling me I had gone through some kind of security check before talking about a form they said they got from me in 2018. Wouldn't send me any email so I could check their identity. Also never gave me any info about their complaints process or how to contact them properly. The address they gave me turned out to be a printing firm in London, which seemed a bit dodgy.
