Just like someone said before, I’d say BLOCK that number for sure - it sounds proper dodgy and a bit nasty. I’d bought something for Sky at Currys, and about ten minutes later, this call popped up. They kept asking way too much about my personal info, so I just ended up hanging up straight away.

Got a call from an Asian woman asking about something I supposedly bought from Curry's. She kept dropping me on hold all the time! It started to feel a bit dodgy, so I asked for her name and what the call was about. Didn’t like the sound of it, so I hung up and blocked the number straight away.

This has got to be one of the sneakiest scams I’ve come across, so don’t give out any personal details! Just hang up and block the number straight away. It happened after I bought a broadband upgrade from Currys linked to a Sky deal. They try to convince you that they need your info to finish setting things up, but it’s all dodgy. Stay alert!
