The recorded message talks really fast and doesn’t make it obvious who’s ringing. You can’t tell it’s from the Co-op at all. They only mention the number to call back once, and it’s over before you can even grab a pen to jot it down. Ended up having to use 1471 to see what number called me.

Totally safe, this is from Co-op Funeral Services Support as promised when my dad passed away. Its ridiculous some folks here say it’s invasive, theyre just offering support when its really needed. They help sort out important legal stuff, which is vital especially if, like me, you have nobody else to lean on. Plus, this service is covered by the funeral plan you’ve already paid for. Trust me, its 100% secure and from a reliable company.

Got a call from Co-op Probate Service. Was expecting it since I just sorted the funeral and the funeral directors said their legal team would ring to give a probate quote.

This is from Co op funeral care, so it’s legit since it’s the actual Co op funeral directors. I think they really ought to leave a quick message to say who they are and that they’ll call back. When I got this, the funeral directors gave me that option, and you can say no if you want. No pressure at all and it doesn’t cost anything.

Proper nightmare. Told them I wasn’t interested and still get calls the next day. There should be stricter rules to stop this sort of thing. You block one number, then they ring from a completely different one. So frustrating!
