Every time, I've asked them to mail a formal letter on official headed paper to the business outlining what they need, and shockingly, not a single letter has arrived. Most of the callers sound polite enough, but one bloke got really upset when I wouldn't share an account number with him. Just to be clear, our energy supplier would never start a cold call like this.
