Just FYI, this company’s address is listed as 3026 Rajdanga Main Road, Block GB 18 Kolkata, West Bengal, India - 700107, but if you check on Google Maps, it’s actually showing a pretty poor area, almost like a slum. So yeah, I definitely think they’re running a scam on purpose.

Got a voicemail saying there's been a £600 charge on my debit card linked to some international fraud, and if I didn't press 1, my card would be blocked. I just disregarded it and decided to call the number back. They said they were from Perfect Benefits. Looking them up, their site claims Perfect Benefits is all about surveys, helping thousands save money daily by getting feedback on products via phone surveys. From what I can tell, they probably have no clue they're involved in something dodgy like this.
