I’ve actually received loads of scams like this over the past few days, all saying something about an Amazon purchase - which I haven’t even made, I actually got an iPhone. What really gets me is how they act like they’re trying to protect you from fraud, but it’s all fake. Don’t ever hit 1 or 2 or give them any info! Just call your bank directly to be sure.
